How much does it cost to produce a TV spot or a Web site?
Let's just say it's like building a house. Every house is different and every house has a different price tag depending on the design, features and so forth. Our TV spots vary in price based on their complexity and our Web sites are priced the same way (based on the type of engineering behind the web page). We've had clients with small budgets and clients with much larger ones, so we are willing to work with all businesses and promise that we will give every client the same attention and support regardless of budget. We suggest browsing or searching our sample TV spots or Web sites to get a better feel of the kind of work we do. If you find a sample that you really like, let us know, and we'll give you a price for that project.

Do you require a deposit?
Before entering into a contract to work with you, we will send you a proposal and, once we agree on price, we will require between a 25-50% deposit depending on the project. The remaining portion will be due upon completion and approval of the project.

Can I monitor the progress of my project?
You may request to monitor the progress of our work. This is actually recommended for Web sites so that you can familiarize yourself with the design and layout. We want you to be happy with the end result -- because, bottom-line, if you're not happy we're not happy.

I have a business in another state than you. How does this work for TV spots?
Depending on your budget, we can either arrange a custom shoot, you may send us video or stills -- or better yet, you may purchase stock footage video from our online stock footage library, where we own the rights to thousands of HD video clips. How do I approve my TV spot before it goes on TV?
Once we've completed production of your television commercial, we'll post it on our site for your review. As part of our service for all TV customers, we include a webmercial (a web version of the commercial) that you can post on your website or email to business associates or friends. In other words, when you purchase a TV commercial from us, a web version of that commercial is included free of charge.

How much does it cost to air my spot on TV?
As much as you want to spend. Airtime on local cable ranges from $1 to over $100 per airing of your spot, and monthly commitments can range from $500 to hundreds of thousands... it all depends on your budget. Feel free to contact us for rates.

When you say you produce a TV spot, what does that mean?
With most of our clients, we will write the ad copy (or script), have the copy professionally voiced with royalty free music in the background, and fully produce your TV spot with either video or stills that we shoot or you provide (or use commercial stock footage that you purchase from our online video library), and complete the spot with custom graphics and/or animation.

When you say you produce a Web site, what does that mean?
We custom design all web sites using either HTML or a server language such as PHP for database-driven or e-commerce websites. We will ask that you provide a company logo (if you have one) as well as any photos that you would like to appear on the site. If you're selling products, we would simply need access to those photos. You may also purchase stock photos or stock video from our website. The website will also need to be hosted on the web by a hosting company. We can arrange this as part of your package -- or if you have a host already, you would simply need to provide us with your user name and password.

Do you work in High Definition for TV ads?
If you hire us to shoot, we source all projects on HD. You may also request us to work in HD even if you don't hire us to shoot anything. Also, all of our stock video footage is source in HD. Do keep in mind, however, that the majority of local TV stations do not accept HD at this time, but will require a 'down-rezed' version of your spot in the SD (standard definition) format. We provide this service for free to all of our TV clients.

How quickly can you get my TV spot done?
We're known for being extremely fast. So long as we are not back-logged, we can complete your TV spot within a week or less (longer if we need to shoot your location). Much of this also depends on your approval of the script. Once the script is approved, we can begin work and have something to you right away.

That will depend entirely on the type of site you choose to have us create. Basic HTML pages can be completed usually within a week; more sophisticated ecommerce or database sites will take substantially longer because of the additional work involved.
